We pride ourselves on having a separate only ladies gym for those that want a little more privacy.
We have a whole floor dedicated to ladies only so you can work out in privacy.
From free weights to cardio machines, this separated women-only gym in Nottingham has it all.
If you need help with any of the equipment, need some advice on a particular exercise, or simply want someone to watch and help you with your form, you can always count on us.
There is also a sunbed available to use in the females changing room.
