WHO WE ARE
Formula One Gym was established in 1984. Since opening we have constantly updated the facility going from strength to strength while also remaining small enough to care. This means you get the best of both worlds; great equipment and facilities combined with a unique atmosphere and family environment.

Formula One is the best gym I have ever worked out at. The staff are excellent and the gym has everything you would need for a workout. Weights always put away and the place is kept tidy.
Formula one gym is one of a kind. The staff are amazing and incredibly friendly. I used to go here 10 years ago and I'm still greeted warmly by staff when I return on the odd occasion. Good equipment, lots of free weights, separate female only gym and a very friendly atmosphere.
Absolutely brilliant gym with plenty of machines. Everyone here is respectful and wants to help out. People put their weights away. There's sunbeds which are useful for those who want to use them and there's also a women's only floor as well.
