Formula One Gym was established in 1984. Since opening we have constantly updated the facility going from strength to strength while also remaining small enough to care. This means you get the best of both worlds; great equipment and facilities combined with a unique atmosphere and family environment.

Great old school gym and has been here since 1984 I believe. The equipment is good quality and easy to work with. They also have a women’s only area which is such a relief for us women!
