What a great gym, moved to Nottingham a couple of weeks ago and came across f1 gym, after reading a couple of reviews and seeing the gym location I signed up. I have been training regularly for the past 2 weeks and it is going great. The staff and members are all friendly and the natural lighting and gym atmosphere and location are great. Special thanks to Joe and Alex for being really helpful and friendly.

Great gym. Lovely staff, solid equipment with lots of variety. Great sense of community among the regulars. Very good value for money. If I wasn’t moving away from Nottingham I wouldn’t consider going to any other gym.

Have been going for about 2 weeks now. Really impressed with the gym overall. Only slight negatives is tired equipment and no air con. But apart from that I love the fact there is a womens only floor, it makes me feel safe and relaxed working out. And the trainers make really good workout plans to follow. It'd also super affordable, so overall a great gym.

Formula one gym is one of a kind. The staff are amazing and incredibly friendly. I used to go here 10 years ago and I'm still greeted warmly by staff when I return on the odd occasion. Good equipment, lots of free weights, separate female only gym and a very friendly atmosphere.

I've been coming to this gym for 10 years now and haven't ever found an better gym. The staff are caring, respectful, warm, professional and responsive. I love that there's a mixed gym as well as a women's-only gym. There's a great community spirit where members support one another, and the weights aren't just dropped/thrown everywhere as in so many other gyms. Thanks again Formula One.
