We have extensive cardio machines, pin loaded machines and free weights to support and cater for you and your needs. All from leading brands such as Watson, Nautilus, Cybex, Life Fitness, Technogym and more.
All the kit is always put away and dumbbells back in order
If you need a spot, would like instruction for the equipment, or just want some advice between sets, we'll be there to help you out.
As well as the gym there's also a studio and sunbeds for use by all members.
