Bootcamp

A complete body defining workout focusing on technique, form and posture whilst implementing a fitness edged boost.

Circuits

Timed, varied stationed circuits combining muscular endurance and high intensity intervals for fat management.

High Impact

Not for the faint hearted! Non-stop, fast and strenuous aerobic exercise.

Ladies Boxing

Learn an array of boxing techniques while burning calories and toning your upper body in our female only boxing class.

Ladies Circuits

Kick-start your weekend with a 30 minute circuit, a fast moving mix of high intensity and toning exercises.

Mixed Boxing

Learn an array of boxing techniques and gain full boxing fitness from a former European champion trainer

Running Club

From beginners to advanced. AAA affiliated and full instruction given.

Spinning

High intensity, calorie burning stationary cycle class. Improve your cardio- vascular system, reduce body fat levels and increase endurance.

Stretch / Mobility

Learn and utilise the most effective methods for the development of and control over your flexibility. In this class all major joints will be targeted to increase range of motion, strength and resilience.

Yoga

Start the morning with a relaxing yoga class that is great for setting you up for the day. Yoga is great for stress relief, improves balance, coordination, flexibility and strength.

Yoga-lates

A mixture of yoga and pilates with tai chi warm up.

Zumba

The Latin American inspired, easy to follow, calorie burning, dance fitness party.
