Here are our top tanning tips for combining your sunbed session with a workout for the best results. 

  • Check with your doctor that any medications you’re on are okay to interact with UV. 
  • Moisturise daily leading up to your workout and tanning session. 
  • During your workout, ensure you are drinking plenty of water. This is recommended even if you aren’t exercising beforehand, but is especially important if you are. 
  • Now you’re ready to tan. If it’s your first time tanning, identify your skin type and adjust your session duration and applied products accordingly. Our specialist team can help with this.
  • We can also provide protective eyewear and tanning lotion to keep you safe. 
  • Only you know your body goals and what you want to show off so dress for the tanning session accordingly. 
  • Change your body position regularly to get that perfect even post-workout tan. 
  • Once you’ve finished your session, make sure to keep hydrated and moisturise regularly in the hours and days that follow. 
  • Repeated workout and tanning sessions will ensure a better long-term result. Having said that, make sure not to tan any more than 2 to 3 times per week and always leave at least 24 to 48 hours between each session.
