We have a whole floor dedicated to females only which has every machine you need for a good workout, including stair masters, cable crossovers, hip thrust machines, squat racks, treadmills and more.
From free weights to cardio machines, this separated women-only gym in Nottingham has it all.
If you need help with any of the equipment, need some advice on a particular exercise, or simply want someone to watch and help you with your form, you can always count on us.
The gym is kept tidy with the members returning their weights to its original place.
As well as the gym there's also a studio and sunbeds for use by our members.
