About our classes
AMRAP
The Formula = As Many Reps As Possible. The Workout = A series of exercises patterned within a set time frame. Try this one & aim to beat your PB.
Circuits
Timed, varied stationed circuit combining muscular endurance and high intensity intervals for fat management.
Ladies Boxing
Our Ladies Boxing class is the perfect place to start, whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills. Learn boxing fundamentals including punches, footwork, and defensive techniques alongside other women in a supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere.
Legs, Bums & Tums
An aerobic workout that focuses towards those problem areas. Come join us and blast those glutes, thighs and core.
Mixed Boxing
Learn an array of boxing techniques and gain full boxing fitness from a former European Boxing Champion. He will guide, support & challenge this class with Pad Partner & Bag workouts.

Spinning
Calorie burning blitz! This group stationary cycle class will burn up to 500 calories per class plus continue with EPOC effect (The After Burn). Improve your cardio-vascular system, reduce body fat levels and increase endurance.
Stretch / Mobility
Never got enough time to stretchhh? During this class you will utilise, adapt and learn the most effective methods for development and control over your flexibility. All major joints will be targeted to increase range of movement, strength & resilience.
Yoga-lates
This class is structured to combine the benefits of strength training from pilates and the flexibility of yoga all in one unique workout.
Zumba
Dance your way to fitness. A dynamic calorie burning fun workout for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. Simply move your body and enjoy a fusion of fast and slow paced Latin and International rhythms.
