I absolutely love this gym! One of the best features is the female-only gym on the top floor, which provides a comfortable and private space for women to work out. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The gym itself is always clean, and it's clear they take pride in maintaining the space. I also appreciate that the equipment is always in great working condition, whether it's the cardio machines or the weights. Highly recommend this gym to anyone!

I’ve been going here while at university, and it’s become a favourite spot for me to train. It’s the perfect combination of great people, solid equipment, and an unbeatable atmosphere.

I've trained at others gyms that have had a female only space but never an entire floor dedicated to females only. I've been a member here now for a few months and have been impressed with the variety of equipment available including a new hip thrust machine and dual abductor/adductor. The gym and changing rooms are kept clean and tidy, you can tell staff care.

Formula One gym is a really great gym. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to join a gym for the first time or switch gyms. It is my first time joining any gym and was worried, but the staff were understanding really looked after me as I am a complete beginner. A huge thank you to Dom, Max, and Alex for giving me the help and confidence I needed. I have now been regularly going to the gym 3 times a week for the past month and a half now and it is going great.
