Really loved this gym, only leaving it because I’m moving. I really appreciate the women’s only floor for numerous reasons, I just think it’s really great to have it as an option. It was great to see new equipment come in for our Christmas present and all the staff are lovely and helpful if you need them. Thank you for a lovely experience at your gym it was definitely my safe space and made a lot of my days better :)

I absolutely love this gym! One of the best features is the female-only gym on the top floor, which provides a comfortable and private space for women to work out. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The gym itself is always clean, and it's clear they take pride in maintaining the space. I also appreciate that the equipment is always in great working condition, whether it's the cardio machines or the weights. Highly recommend this gym to anyone!

I joined this gym just over a month ago and it was the best choice I made. The staff are all so lovely greeting you with a smile when you arrive and when you leave which makes the start and end of each of my gym sessions so much better. This is the first gym I have joined and was made to feel comfortable when I had my induction being reassured all the time that if there was something I didn’t want to do there was no pressure to do it which was lovely. The female only gym is also amazing and I am able to complete a full workout in an environment where I always feel comfortable. One thing I would like to see though is a wider dumbbell selection in the ladies gym :)

Formula One Gym provides a great experience for me as a fresher to the gym. The staff is so friendly, and the female-only gym makes me feel comfortable and safe. The equipment is lightweight, making it easy for beginners to access.
