At Formula One Gym we understand there’s some basics a lot of people see as essential but gyms fail at. So, we excel at them! Cleanliness, Gym Etiquette, Atmosphere and Community are at the heart of everything we do and we work HARD at them! Going to the gym shouldn’t be a chore or hard work so we make it easy to come in, train and feel comfortable to push yourself without judgement.

Had a lovely experience here, such a friendly environment from when I first walked in, there is staff always there to help, the gym was very tidy and the toilets were clean. There is also all the equipment I needed for a good workout.

Our fully qualified and experienced staff can even devise and take you through a personalised programme if you are unsure on what exercises you should be doing to reach your goals. Optional and completely free of charge.
We appreciate half the battle is motivating yourself to get to the gym in the first place. Once you have then we'll give you a helping hand to make sure you can make the most of us.
