We write you a personal schedule card & teach you how to use the equipment. Please be aware that if instruction is incorrect or a schedule generalises, then maximum benefit will not be achieved & the possibility of injury is increased.
We monitor your progress & encourage your attendance. By plotting improvement, it encourages continuous motivation.
We give you dietary advice. Even the best training schedule, 70% of success lies with the diet.
Every 8 weeks we repeat the fitness assessment & write a new schedule. It is only by changing your schedule that your objectives can be upgraded & achieved.
