Formula One provides two separate floors for male and female clients. This helps promote a relaxed and private enviroment in which to train.

Male Facilities:

Male facilities include cardio equipment and circuit training, the most extensive range of free weights in the city centre location plus lockers and shower rooms.

Female Facilities:

Female facilities include cardio and circuit training, free weights, locker and shower rooms. Above all else by providing a completely separate gymnasium for women we provide a relaxed, pressure free and private environment in which to train.

Additional facilities:

At Formula One we provide the cheapest price in town on sun beds. Special offer buy 60 minutes on the token sun beds and pay £10 or £1 for 3 mins. Within the ladies changing room there is a sunbed that accepts £1 coins.
