6.15PM Spinning class (30mins)
High intensity, calorie burning stationary cycle class. Improve your cardio- vascular system, reduce body fat levels and increase endurance.
6.40PM Stretch and Tone (20mins)
Learn how to stretch and elongate muscles improving posture and avoiding injuries.
7.15PM Boxing (60mins)
Twice a week instruction from former European Welterweight champion. Gentlemen and ladies invited to join classes.

Full body firming workout, combining a light aerobic warm up and traditional body conditioning.
6.15PM Running Club (60mins)
